At Essentiel, we have chosen minimalist and responsible packaging, which acts as both a protective box and a shipping box. In order to reduce our environmental impact, we have eliminated the use of plastic, which makes it impossible to verify use in the event of a return. For this reason, and in compliance with hygiene standards, only products returned in their intact protective packaging, closed by the original security label, will be accepted. Products whose protective box has been opened, i.e. with a closing label that has been removed or torn, are not returnable.
