Return policy
At Essentiel we use minimalist and responsible packaging that acts as a protective box and shipping package. In order to reduce the environmental impact, the use of plastic has been eliminated, making it impossible to verify possible use in the event of a return. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, only products returned in their intact protective packaging, closed by the original security label, will be accepted. Products whose protective box has been opened, i.e. with a closing label that has been removed or torn, are not returnable.
However, we remain available to answer all your questions before purchase and guide you towards the perfume that suits you perfectly.
